Q3 2024 Directors Awards Announced!

Our Director’s Award Programme was created to acknowledge and celebrate team members who consistently go above and beyond in exceeding client expectations, reflecting our firm’s commitment to smart modern law.

Each quarter, staff have the chance to nominate their colleagues for the esteemed Corporate Award. This process is separate from the Legal Director’s Award, which is based on client testimonials curated by our award-winning Client Care team. The Team Director Award provides the unique opportunity to nominate entire teams celebrating collective achievements and team collaboration.

Helen Lobozzo, Partner, and Head of Client Care along with Adrian Jaggard, CEO of AIIC and Taylor Rose thoughtfully review and make the final decisions for the three award categories.

As a highly anticipated event, each quarter, the programme involves gathering client feedback and reviewing nominations, shining a light on the exceptional efforts many colleagues put forth to deliver outstanding customer service.

Sharon has been awarded the Legal Director Award for exceptional client care and dedication. Sharon’s clients have consistently praised her professionalism, warmth, and thorough communication. One client noted that Sharon made sure every detail was explained clearly and with great patience, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Another client, who had a challenging land dispute case, commended Sharon’s persistence, and diligence in securing a successful resolution. Sharon’s approach exemplifies the high standards we uphold at Taylor Rose, and this recognition highlights her invaluable role in delivering optimal outstanding customer service.

Hannah Wright earned the Corporate Director Award for her extraordinary leadership and commitment to our New Business Team. Hannah has been praised for her tireless efforts to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a positive and supportive work environment for everyone as well as bolstering our onboarding experience for our clients. Her achievements in such a short period have been remarkable, and her dedication has truly transformed the team. Hannah’s hard work and leadership set a perfect example of the values and passion that Taylor Rose works tirelessly to deliver.

The Marketing team have received the Team Director Award for their impressive work in newly refreshed website alongside completing our rebrand in the same week. Their efforts saw a staggering growth in our website enquiries. The achievement demonstrates the team’s ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives and drive remarkable results, supporting our continuous growth and innovation.
